This 26-story apartment complex is set to be built in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale overlooking the New River at 400 SW 1st Avenue. The building's developer is Related Group, also responsible for the upcoming Icon Las Olas. The project will feature 248 units with 4,400 square feet of retail space valuing $36 million. In addition, floor plans include a pool on the seventh floor, club room, fitness center, outdoor bar, and game room. The Yacht Club will begin taking inquiries on leases in the near future.
