Marina Lofts

This new project built by Asi Cymbal, of Cymbal Development, strives to combine the perfect mixture of urban living with surrounding green space. The project's mastermind is high-end architect, Bjarke Ingels, responsible for the exquisite Grove at Grand Bay. The project is currently gaining its zoning permits and is set to be built at 400 S.W. Third Avenue. Marina Lofts will feature 36 stories with 856 units overlooking parks, promenades, restaurants, and cafes. In addition, the project is very forward-thinking in its design to be environmentally friendly, including green roofs and walls, and an innovative drainage system incorporating storm water travelling through inlets and interconnected pipes. The buildings will value $250 million and rentals will begin from an asking price of $1,100 to $2,000. Currently, there are talks of possibly allowing prospective tenants to purchase units by signing up for the Marina Lofts' Preferred Residents Program. For further information on the project, please visit the Marina Lofts homepage.
