Marina Lofts took its most important step yet in the approval process in front of the City Commissioners & attendees; until almost 2:00am, I may add.
Marina Lofts was approved 3-1 to relocate the century old tree and 4-0 to approve the project. The dense rental project will add to the new river development in Ft Lauderdale and continue the redevelopment along with other projects such as New River Yacht Club which is being topped off by The Related Group.
