Conrad Fort Lauderdale
The Conrad Fort Lauderdale is an extension of the Conrad Miami from the luxury, global Conrad hotel chain. The building is redesigning its appearance in order to appeal to a more high-end group of residents. Currently, it is sitting at 551 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. right next to its closely related Hilton Fort Lauderdale. Both buildings are owned by the Hilton Group. An approximated $34 million is being spent on the renovations overseen by the Garcia Stromberg firm that will allow residents to live with resort-style amenities including: daily housekeeping, 24-hour valet, beach service, and poolside restaurant and bar. The condo will feature 223 resort units with 75 luxury condos which residents will be able to make available to travellers visiting Fort Lauderdale Beach. Icon Las Olas

After years and years of building ground debates, the Icon Las Olas has finally been approved for construction next door to the historic Stranahan House at 500 E Las Olas Blvd. It is slated to be the tallest building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale at a staggering 42 stories tall (455 feet). The building's developer is the renowned Related Group. The building will have 272 units and 15,000 square feet of retail space coming to a total of $250 million for the project's development. Icon will be in the premier location with one side facing Riverwalk and one side facing the New River.

Paramount Residences

The Paramount is a luxurious, new 18-story condo to be built on Fort Lauderdale beach!
