The Conrad Fort Lauderdale is an extension of the Conrad Miami from the luxury, global Conrad hotel chain. The building is redesigning its appearance in order to appeal to a more high-end group of residents. Currently, it is sitting at 551 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. right next to its closely related Hilton Fort Lauderdale. Both buildings are owned by the Hilton Group. An approximated $34 million is being spent on the renovations overseen by the Garcia Stromberg firm that will allow residents to live with resort-style amenities including: daily housekeeping, 24-hour valet, beach service, and poolside restaurant and bar. The condo will feature 223 resort units with 75 luxury condos which residents will be able to make available to travellers visiting Fort Lauderdale Beach.
