The newly built contemporary home featured 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms & almost 6,000 sq. ft. of living area.  The average sales price was $1,315,000 among the 7 homes and 3 of them were waterfront homes.  As far as the availability of homes within the Las Olas area, there is currently an oversupply, suggesting a buyers market.  With 88 homes on the market, this represents a 25 month supply.  There are currently 60 homes for sale in the Las Olas area priced over $2,000,000 and 16 priced over $5,000,000.
