Broward County real estate prices are on the rise according to the Broward County Appraisers office. 30 cities in Broward County saw their home values rise. Cooper City, a City located in western Broward County, saw its home values rise 8.6% over the previous year. The City of Fort Lauderdale posted a increase in home values of 4.4%.
