Las Olas Blvd Cross walk

The newly installed illuminescent crosswalk at the intersection of Las Olas Blvd & NE 13th Ave is aimed at reducing vehicles speed on  Las Olas.  Steps aimed at curbing the traffic speed have failed and local residents are hoping this next stategy works.  The speed is readily noticed along Las Olas Blvd from NE 11th Ave to NE 15th Ave.  It is often difficult crossing the street between these Avenues as cars are speeding by.  The lighted crosswalk as well as a new "parklet" are both attempts to reduce speeds and improve safety.  Let's hope this works; taxpayers are on the hook for approximately $50,000.

Las Olas Blvd - Our New Home

Las Olas Blvd Ft Lauderdale, FL

We are excited to announce that we will be moving to the infamous Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida towards the end of this year. Las Olas Blvd is a popular destination to shop, for fine dining and is convenient to Downtown Ft Lauderdale. Las Olas Blvd is one of the only walkable retail communities in Ft Lauderdale that has a special charm about it. Weekends usually host special events such as art fairs and the Boulevard is buzzing with people.  We feel that coupled with our luxury real estate brand, our premier service, Las Olas Blvd is a perfect match for us.  We will be within a short proximity to Las Olas Isles, a luxury waterfront community, Rio Vista, Victoria Park, Downtown Ft Lauderdale condos including Las Olas Riverhouse, Las Olas Grand, 350 Las Olas, Nu River Landing and only 1 mile away from Ft Lauderdale Beach.

Fort Lauderdale seeks to improve ocean view from Las Olas Blvd bridge

Rerouting Las Olas Blvd at A1A
City officials from Fort Lauderdale are considering altering the traffic pattern when heading East down Las Olas Blvd as you cross over the Las Olas bridge.  The reason being is that officials would like to increase the attractiveness of the ocean view from the Las Olas bridge. They envision a spectacular view from the top of the bridge that is currently occluded by palm trees and traffic lights.
Other proposals include a twin 3 story parking garage on the north & south side of Las Olas Blvd as well as numerous streetscape improvements.
