The former Howard Johnson, a staple location for spring breakers, has finally been demolished. The site, located at 700 North Atlantic Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, FL has been in the news for years on hopes for redevelopment. The now vacant site will make way for a new construction condominium called Paramount Condo. Prices are expected to start at $1,000,000.
