The purchase is currently proposing modifications to the building as outlined here. The new owner is proposing a condo-hotel type of property, similar to The Atlantic & The Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort. Prices are speculated to start at $400,000 and range to the multi million dollar price point.
