Multiple sales have been reported in luxury condo buildings such as Las Olas Beach Club, The Q Club Resort/Hilton Ft Lauderdale, The W Ft Lauderdale, as well as Jackson Tower. Sales prices have ranged between the $200,000-$300,000 for units at The Q Club and $1,000,000 to $2,500,000 for units at Las Olas Beach Club. Unit 2801 at Las Olas Beach Club recently sold for $2,500,000. It featured 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths with over 4,000 sq ft of living area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
