Downtown Ft Lauderdale experienced a healthy month of condo sales for the month of March, 2013. There were 4 sales in the
Watergarden condo ranging in price from $375,000 - $595,000 ($406/psf average).
Las Olas Riverhouse also experienced a couple of sales. One being unit # 210, a 3/3.5 3,400 sq ft unit that sold for $1,300,000. One of the rare villas sold at
Las Olas Grand for $975,000 (Pictured left). This charming villa featured over 3,500 sq ft of living area and was extensively upgraded throughout.
